Is the app free?
Yes. Download China Landing Kit: Menu Scan from the App Store at no cost. Optional paid features, if added later, will be clearly labeled in the store or app.
What devices are supported?
iPhone on a recent iOS version (see the App Store listing for the current minimum). Android is not released yet — join the waitlist.
Does it work in China / offline?
Core helpers are built for landing friction — including situations where Western apps and sites are unreliable. Install and explore features before you fly so you are not depending on foreign app stores after arrival.
Camera permission for menu scan
Menu scan needs camera or photo access to read a Chinese menu. You can change this anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy → Camera. See our Privacy Policy for details.
